So my last gig of 2006 was supposed to be Michael Franti & Spearhead. Unfortunatley due to unfriendly weather conditions, the band got stuck in Dublin and were unable to play, so the gig got pulled.

Spearhead have a busy tour on the go at the moment so no re-schedule yet I was left with 2 tickets and no gig. Enter Mr Jon Kennedy and his band due to rock the Arches tomorrow night.

GI had an idea, he could trade his Spearhead tickets for Jon Kennedy Tickets, which he did. He assemebled a possie to go to the gig tomorrow night ……..but found it that it to was now cancelled.

Now if GI was superstitious then he would say the tickets were cursed, but he is not so he just puts it down to series of unfortunate events!!!!
