HA HA, FOOLED YOU!!!

T’is not a post about the TV show, which still rocks even though is getting more ridiculous by the hour. No no, I am posting to boast the fact that I managed to stay awake for 24 hours straight, I have not been able to do that since I was like 19 or something. It should be impossible when you get to my age, (Ben take note!!!)

My day started at 5 am yesterday when I got up to drive to Penrith to attend a Transactional Analysis Conference, which was ace. Some of it was a little bit over my head but it was cool to meet people as passionate (if not more so) than me about this subject.

Then, last night Bob threw a party at his flat and asked yours truly to DJ (need all the practice I can before Saturday ), It was an excellent night, I had the dance floor AKA the hall packed with people shaking their money maker. I have not had that much fun DJing in a looooooooooong while. Good to see a lot of my old friends there like Ajay (who mysteriously disappeared during the night!!!), Ben and Diana, Alan Gray and Fraz. Of course it was cool as an old school mate of mine, Colin was also in attendance with his lovely girlfriend Zoe and even gave us some old Skool Schoolin’ in terms of Hip Hop when he took over the decks for as bit. Of course my partner in crime and misdemeanours The Charming Manipulator was also in attendance and managed to fall asleep an upright sitting position, truly amazing stuff. At 5am this morning, my body finally gave up and I had to kip on a couch, but I am still impressed, even at this moment I have probably only slept for 4 hours!
Thanks to Robin, Angelic, Audrey, Cecilia and Nafisa for a top night, you need to have another party before you all go your separate ways!!
I think I need to go sleep now before I start hallucinating, or that heavily armed Chipmunk wearing a Zorro mask in the corner attacks me with his Battle Axe!!!
