Although time was running out, Guy managed to squeeze in his annual BBQ before the end of the summer. Once again the resident chef Marc managed to cook up a feast for himself, me, Enzo, Bigal, Ruthy and Lorna. So far I have not heard any cases of food poisoning, so I am putting it down to a sucess Well done Marc. Plus it was good to catch up with everyone and just enjoy the first relaxing night of my holidays. Points of discussion included Ruth’s excellent idea to design T-shirts for the moose sites, GI is in full agreement that this is a good idea, and all sites should discuss a design with the talented Mrs Bain. The challenge to the LUG boys, (Ben, any update?) AND, breaking news, after receiving a hard time from all Moose parties at the BBQ, California Trouser Snake has secretly announced plans to update his site!!!!!!!!!

You remember when GI backed Cheesy to update his site? well the GI “Support a moose’s Website” campain is about to start rolling again, stay tuned for lots of goss, behind the scene stories and the Truth about CTS!!!

But more importantly, 31 years ago today, planet earth was blessed with the arrival of a champion, a champion of Prog, a man who would forever fight the good fight in the name of 32 minute keyboard solos and songs about middle earth. This mythical person who GI has been privelaged to have shared many a beer over many a year with…… ladies, gentlemen, goblins, Orcs, alien life forms, badgers, Meercats, and Cheesy, please joining in wish a happy birthday to one of the two talents behind all of the shit you are forced to read by me and my fellow moose subdomains…….. BIG AL!!!!
