It’s birthday time again, and this time GI is giving mad birthday shout outs to his main b’boy the Calafornia Trouser Snake at the young age of 26, it’s all down hill from there mate, have a good un’

To celebrate this, me Ajay, Robin Enzo and the Snake all had a slap up meal at F&Bs’ and then decided to hit the cinema to see………

Moving at the speed of life, we are bound to collide with each other

Ok this is not the movie that you maybe want to go see if you are out celebrating someones birthday and want to have a laugh!!! It is very very hard if not slightly depressing movie set in and around LA following the lives of different people who stay there. The main focus of the film is Racism, so right off from the start you know that this film will not be light hearted.

This does not mean its a bad movie, no no, quite the opposite, just you need to be in the proper mood to watch it and maybe considering tonights circumstances, it was not the best choice (we actually were hoping that Deuce Bigalow European Gigalo may have been out, but alas it wasn’t )

Anyway back to Crash, there is some fantastic performances from Matt Dillon, Don Cheadle and the rest of the leads. It is a very clever, complex and well thought out story line and is quite brutal in parts and will not leave you feeling good about this film, but I think that was the intention.

Worth seeing, but don’t pick if you want a throw away movie that you don’t have to think much about or you don’t want to end up on a downer after watching.
